A recent survey suggests that 50% of all sickness absence is attributed to mental health issues, at a staggering estimated cost of £4billion to the UK. Following the launch of the new ACAS guidance this masterclass has been designed to help you comply with your duties under the legislation as well as supporting staff in the workplace.
