The course is facilitated by David Bailey, an NHS accountant with 37 years’ experience in acute, community, mental health and learning disability services. His specialist area is explaining complex financial concepts in ways that clinical staff can easily understand. David is author of the best-selling book The NHS Budget Holder’s Survival Guide.
